Laptop CARTS
Sign-up on-line.
You may add, edit or delete entries. Your user id is carts and your password is the current AR monitor password. Please use your last name, am or pm time frame, your room number and the cart you need. Make sure to use the pull down arrow to select the cart you want. Please do not make any changes to font or colors.
Library Time
You can sign up on-line using the calendar, WMS Media Center, located in the Public Folders on Outlook or Microsoft Web access. Click on the date, type your name and what you will be doing, then select the times from the pull down arrows. Close and save.
AV Equipment
You can sign up on-line using the calendar, AV, located in the Public Folders on Outlook or Microsoft Web access. Click on the date, type in your name and what you want to use, then select the times from the pull down arrows. Close and save. You can also e-mail for AV equipment or help by clicking here: WPAVA
