4th Grade New Jersey Song Projects!

Visit the Mary S. Shoemaker School Music Department's "SchoolTube" channel to hear songs and raps about the state of New Jersey, composed by our 4th grade classes during the spring of 2009.  Each class cooperated as a group to write lyrics, a rhythm and in some cases a melody, and choose an accompaniment style for their song, and Mrs. Nowmos turned each one into a "music video" using the students' lyrics.
