Basic Language: Students are beginning research papers. They will take a look at the many countries that Captain Nemo and his crew traveled to in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Research papers are a requirement for the class. Failure to complete the assignment will mean failing the class for the year.
Extended Language: We are currently reading The Chocolate War by Robert Cormier. During the 3rd marking period we will begin research papers. This is a requirement for the class. Failure to complete the assignment will mean failing the class for the year.
About Ms. Taylor: I am a 2002 graduate of Woodstown High School. In 2006, I graduated from Rutgers University, Douglass College with my BA in English. I recently completed the NJ Alternate Route program through Rowan University and I am now certified in K-12 English and Special Education. I am currently working on Masters in Special Education at Wilmington University. At WHS, I serve as the head cheerleading coach and assistant swim coach.
