What do you want to know about Ms. Ortman?

I I grew up in a small town on the shore of Lake Superior in northern Minnesota. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Northland College located in northern Wisconsin. I got married, moved to New Jersey, had two children and earned certifications in teaching special education, elementary education and in tteaching secondary English from Rowan University. I've been teaching at Woodstown Middle School since 1999 in a variety of positions.


What am I teaching now?

I My current assignment is in the eighth grade and includes one section of Language Arts Resource Room and math Resource Room. I also team teach one section of science with Mr. Allen and one section of social studies with Mr. Stech. In addition I also teach one section of study skills.
