Welcome to the world of Kindergarten! It is such an interesting grade to teach. The children are eager to learn all that there is to know about life. Each year I grow with the children. We are embarking on many new adventures. One of my favorite activities in the classroom is when  the children are learning to speak Spanish.  They really enjoy reviewing colors, numbers, shapes, days of the week, and short phrases in Spanish.  Other activities include learning about the States and a little fact about each of them.  The children will learn very quickly that I love Hollywood, California!!  I always wanted to be a movie star!!

My goal is to enrich the children with literature, games, and activities that will enhance their knowledge.  We are continuing to review and write the letters of the alphabet. The children are learning sight words, word families, and reading books.  I encourage you to use my web sight as a resource to help your child learn!
