Weight Room/Kross Fit Schedule
June 23rd- Aug. 27th     Mon./Tues./Wed.     9:30am - 11:30am - Weight Room
                                                                              10:30am - 11:30am - Kross Fit 
June 24th-Aug. 4th     Tues./Wed./Thurs.    4:00pm - 6:00pm - Weight Room
                                                                               4:00pm - 5:00pm - Kross Fit

Athletes should meet in the gym 15 minutes prior to start time for warm ups
Some training may be inside AND outside
Make sure athletes bring water!!
It will benefit ALL athletes..its not geared towards any one sport!! 

This will definitely make in impact on our athletes…it can make the difference the last two minutes in your game, meet, match between a win and a loss!!
