NOTES:

  1. The Computer Name can be found by clicking the arrow in the "logon to:" field in the opening screen where you put in your username and password. Giving me this name allows me to remote in to your computer to fix most problems and can decrease wait time dramatically.

  2. The Dell Service Tag can be found on a sticker that will be found:
    -- on the bottom and/or top of a laptop, and
    -- on the back or under the gray front cover of a desktop unit.
    It is seven digits long and in the form of 3XM7W61. I require this number to order replacement parts.

  3. Your password is necessary for me to log in as you and see what you are seeing.
